These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Heavens Hands massage services and website. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who My Services Are For

My services are open to all genders and all races.
Sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic.
No sensual or sexual services of any kind are offered or tolerated. Any request for such services will result in the immediate end of the session and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

2. Nature of Services

Heavens Hands provides massage for relaxation, stress relief and general wellbeing.
I am not a medical doctor or specialist. My services are complementary, not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about any medical condition.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
I currently accept cash and card (card facilities are available on site).
Prices for treatments are shown on the website or will be confirmed when you book. Prices may change from time to time.

4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
I kindly ask for reasonable notice so your time slot can be offered to someone else.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session so that I can honor the next client’s booking, and the full fee may still apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your health, injuries, medications and any relevant conditions.
Inform me of any changes to your health before each session.
Follow any aftercare advice given to you.

6. Personal Belongings & Property

Heavens Hands operates from a privately owned, secure salon. While I take care to provide a safe environment:

You are responsible for your own personal belongings.
I cannot be held legally responsible for loss, theft or damage to your personal property on the premises, except where this cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logo and branding, is the intellectual property of Heavens Hands (unless otherwise stated).
You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for any commercial purpose without my prior written permission.

8. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if:

A client behaves in a way that is inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful or of a sexual nature.
A client is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

In such cases, the full session fee may still be charged.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of my services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
